Government of Delhi issues order in respect of common display under various Labour laws for establishments
The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi via Order dated 5th July 2021 has notified that the establishments to maintain their mandated records and registers under existing labour laws in electronic form and the establishments may adopt a ‘common display’ for compliance under existing labour laws . The Common display for compliance shall contain the following: Display of rates of wages, hours of work, wage period, date of payment of name and address of the Inspector under Rule 238 of Delhi Building & Other Construction Workers (Regulation & Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules 2002. Display of period for which wages are paid and place and time of disbursement under Rule 249 of Delhi Building & Other Construction Workers (Regulation & Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules 2002.
