FSSAI had via Order dated 8th June 2021 earlier directed food business operators to mention their 14- digit FSSAI license or registration number on cash receipts/ purchase invoice/cash memo etc and to implement it mandatorily w.e.f. 1st October 2021.
Now, after representation received from various Industries Associations and Stakeholders, they have decided to extend the applicability of aforementioned order from 1st January, 2022.
